Dr. Ann Lesch-Hollis DVM

Dr. Ann Lesch-Hollis (aka Dr. Ann) has more than 30 years of experience in keeping
pets healthy and their humans happy.  She graduated from Colorado State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1986, and has been serving the Sacramento area as a practitioner focusing on general medicine and surgery for the small animal population. 


She has also served as a consultant for the California Veterinary Medical Board,
as a consultant Placer County Animal Control, and is a current member of Placer County’s Bioterrorism Board.


When she is not practicing medicine and keeping current with new medical research and innovations, she loves to garden, travel, bicycle and swim with her border collie, Cara Mia.

Dr. Christina Venable CVMA Certified

Dr. Christina Venable, aka Dr. V, earned her veterinary degree from UC Davis.
Since then she has worked in small and exotic animal medicine. She enjoys treating everything from dogs and cats to bunnies and turtles. 


Dr. V has a special interest in pain management, and believes in an integrative and multimodal approach. She has a certificate in companion animal pain management from the University of Tennessee. In addition she is currently in the process of gaining certification in veterinary medical acupuncture.

Dr. Jodi Van Tine MA, DVM, CVA, CVCHM

Dr. Jodi Van Tine received a Master's Degree in Cellular Immunology from San Jose State University in 1990. She earned the Doctor of Veterinary Medicine Degree from the University of California, Davis, in 1994. She practiced mixed animal veterinary medicine at the Animal Medical Center and Folsom Veterinary Hospital. In 2004, she elected to treat her pet with Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine and nutritional therapy. This inspired Dr. Van Tine to pursue specialization in Eastern Medicine.


Dr. Van Tine received certification in Canine and Equine Veterinary Acupuncture in 2006 and worked as an associate at the Integrative Veterinary Center from 2006-2007. In December 2009, she was the first veterinarian to complete the College of Integrative Therapies (CIVT), earning Certification in Chinese Veterinary Herbal Medicine. She has since also received Graduate Diplomas in Chinese Veterinary Herbal Medicine and Veterinary Acupuncture. She teaches other veterinary professionals around the world through distance learning with CIVT. She unites Food Therapy, acupuncture and Herbal Medicine with conventional medicine to promote wellness, and prevent or treat disease in her patients.
